Downfall of Atlantis Poem

10,000 years ago,there was an advanced civilization in the Mid-Atlantic.
Due to it's size and square miles, the island seemed gigantic.

They had amazing culture, and wealth that they desire.
The king and his people considered it an empire.

Neptune himself gave the people his honorable trust with the city.
Decades later,So caught up with wealth,the people disrespect his authority.

Misfortune rains on the land.
Majorly corrupted,Poseidon could no longer
stand.

As it was silent in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean,
seconds later,the earth shook with gigantic
motion.

Then rises the tsunami and the thundercloud
Despite its mere sight,it brought enormous fear to the crowd.

As the disaster goes on,as buildings crumble
Even the population of the land begins to
stumble

Time is flying,the tsunami finally destroys the city.
Poesidon did not shed a single tear of pity.

Darkness was still,there was not a single piece of
land any dryer
